for wisdom.

 

Intellect is born of the mind,

and therefore of ego birthed

more often than not.

 

Whereas wisdom is born of the heart.

 

It is the direct result of the beliefs

that you have set fire to

and burned to ashes.

 

For wisdom is what rises

from those ashes

like a golden phoenix.

 

Suddenly, all that you

formerly believed to be true

disappears as it is consumed,

transfigured and transformed

by the light of Clear Seeing.

the programming and conditioning

which was projected onto you

by people who did not know how

all onto you.

 

It may have been a soul agreement

that you would hold onto their 

painful messages and suffer

for a time, having personalized it,

but today is the day

you decide to give it all back.

 

Signed, sealed and delivered

with a loving,

I am done."

I find I am pretty much empty

when I refuse to hold onto

the conditioning, programming

and projections of others.

 

I used to think empty

would be scary.

 

Now I know it is a gift,

a blessed relief from the need

to hold onto stuff that's not mine,

to personalize everything

and wear suffering

because it keeps the little "i"

alive and kicking.

 

Today, I offer that "i" up.

 

It is much too difficult

to hold onto anything

any longer.

 

Let the love flow freely,

no log jams or obscurations

born of suffering remembered,

held and treasured.

 

For I am beginning to see

that empty is free.

You may not gain the world's respect

love the face which gazes back at you

on this planet.

 

It is all a part of a magnificent journey

which only you are capable

of experiencing in the precise manner

in which you are experiencing it,

according to your destiny.

 

Because of this, you have no

legitimate reason not to trust

nor any need to be afraid.

who is unwilling to help themselves.

To make a big deal out of anything

is to choose to take things personally,

sentencing yourself to a prison cell

of self-righteousness,

duality and separation.

 

Q: Is there a God or is there not?

 

To believe there is not

is to actively choose

to live by a highly spurious

and subjective set of rules,

complete with rigid codes of conduct

and expectations to which

you rigorously hold the world,

but which you are only expected

to loosely follow yourself.

 

But to believe there is a God

is to trust that everything

is always in Divine Order

and you are always

on your soul's perfect journey.

 

There are no mistakes,

mishaps or missteps,

nor is there any margin for error.

 

Both ways of living are lifestyle choices.

 

However, one leads to suffering

and the other freedom.

 

Another question:

 

Leaving the mind entirely outside

of the equation, what does your heart

tell you is the road back to peace?

does the deepest mystery

and meaning of life

unfold.

 

And now I see that for both

You and for me....

nothing less than this

will ever do.

 

For there is no substitute

that can ever fill the shoes

of the Aboslute.

Breath awareness

is the key to everything.

 

Why have you heard this from me

for decades now?

 

Because you have to be aware,

aka conscious, in order

to be aware of your breath.

 

Breath and Light

are synonyms.

 

So watching your breath,

coming back to it

again and again and again,

is you consciously choosing

to peacefully abide as

the light of the world.

This is how desire becomes the fuel

which drives the engine

of illusion.

without trying to manipulate

your experience in any way

with the Divine, to be no more.

 

Only the life of the Beloved

will continue, unobscurated,

and purified mortal frame.

and delay mechanisms.

 

For it is your complete surrender

of what has been perceived

as a personal identity or self will

that is the key which

unlocks the door to everything.

You were afraid to remain in your light,

to be the light you came here

to be. You felt that it was

somehow safer for you

from your light.

 

Why?

 

Because your light was so bright

you did not want it to have this

effect on those around you.

 

So you became afraid of your own light.

 

Your solution?

 

Create a pseudo-identity

so that you can remain

hidden from the light

of your own soul.

 

Are you starting to get this?

 

Can you see it?

 

Can you wrap your sweet little noggin

around that thought

and let it sink in so deeply

that you can no longer suffer

being a fake and a fraud

another instant of your life?

 

For come hell what may

in terms of how your presence

affects the world around you,

you are going to authentically be

all of you from this moment foreward

and there is no more turning back.
