The greatest point of tension

we experience in our lives

is not with others, not with

what is happening or not

happening as the case may be

nor is it with the Divine

as some might presume.

 

The greatest point of tension

that we experience

is revealed in our relationship

with ourselves.

 

It is in how we meet ourselves

in each micro moment of our lives

where true freedom abides

and truth is revealed.

 

Do we meet ourselves

with genuine loving-kindness?

 

Is there tenderness

and self-acceptance?

 

Do we numb, distract

or become overly busy?

 

Do we abandon ourselves,

forcing the most tender

and sacred part of us 

to ride out the tide

of pain and suffering

in shame, alone and afraid?

 

Is it a loving embrace

or a club with which

we meet ourselves?

Instead of wasting

anymore precious time

on trying to be good,

to do better, to be best,

help me meet myself

exactly as I am

in all the moments

of my life with genuine

empathy and kindness.

mainstream about anything.

of what it means to be

human now, in this decade.

 

You are a love magnet

and don't you forget it.

 

And it is your presence

for which the world

Your ability to directly experience

the love which you forever

and forever changelessly are

has been predicated upon

you changing something

about yourself that you feel

somehow disqualifies you

and makes you ineligible

to be what you cannot not be.

 

"I can't be boundless love

until I am able

my parents."

 

"I cannot be infinite love

until I am successful."

 

"I cannot be the infinite

Eternal Immortal Self

until I get over my trauma

and wounding."

 

"I cannot be free and teach

the message of freedom

until I am a better example

of what freedom looks like."

 

We could go on and on

like this until the whole world

ran out of steam.

 

You have been using

what has happened in your life

or is happening in your life

as evidence that truth cannot be

true about you, that you are

somehow failing at this whole

enlightenment thing.

 

But guess what?

 

There is no such thing

as a pass or fail when it comes

to love.

 

You are always infinitely winning

and you always have been.

 

Repeat after me:

 

I am infinite love.

 

I am infinitely loved.

 

I am infinitely lovable.

 

There are no

external requirements

for love.

 

There are no

internal requirements

for love.

 

I am beautiful, golden, radiant,

cherished and beloved

right now exactly as I am

because truth is true

and immutable for all of us.

 

There are no exceptions.

Compassion in action

has to begin with you,

my dear.

 

What does it mean

to meet yourself

with love?

 

It means to unconditionally

meet yourself in the midst

of the conditions that you

have placed upon yourself;

conditions that you use

as evidence that you cannot be

love incarnate, and therefore

are unlovable and unworthy.

 

So what am I referring to

when I say the conditions

you have placed around love?

 

You tell yourself:

 

"I feel so guilty."

 

"I feel so much shame."

 

"I am not good enough."

 

"I cannot forgive my parents."

 

"I am still wounded."

 

"I have so much trauma."

 

"I suffered so much abuse."

 

"My husband doesn't love

and support me the way that

I need him to."

 

"My son-in-law is a cruel

and unloving husband."

 

"I am such a poor example

of what I believe to be true

so I cannot be worthy."

 

These are examples of conditions

which you have placed

upon you receiving the love

that you are.

 

Instead of focusing on other people,

it is time to focus on yourself.

 

You are the one

who is in need, dear one.

 

Love has always

been unconditionally present

within you and with you

in the midst of these experiences

because unconditional love

is what you are and have

always been on the deepest level.

 

But instead of this happening

unconsciously, which is how it

has been happening,

it is time to allow it to unfold

consciously, bringing love

to all the lies that

have ever been spoken

over you or that you have

been telling yourself.

is the only medicine

for which this heart

Teach me to meet

every moment

of my experience

or believe that you are broken

or damaged goods.

do you think

free and unconditional

actually means?

 

You might just want

to ask yourself today...

 

You know.....have a real

come to Jesus moment

with yourself and ask

with honesty and sincerity:

 

"Why have I been

withholding from my awareness

the love and the light which is

within me from myself?"

 

"What stories have I

been clinging to as obstacles

to the awareness

of LOVE's Presence

within me right now?

 

Because I assure you,

no matter how much

you have tried to

withhold love from you,

no matter how much

others have tried

to withhold it from you,

it is still there

and it always has been there

in every single instant

of your precious human life.

 

Realizing that genuine

​forgiveness, wholeness and freedom

are one and the same thing;

all synonyms for love.

deserve it or be worthy of it.

 

You are loved because

you are love and that is

just what love does:

Extend itself unconditionally

and without regard

for how it is received

or upon who or what

it is poured.

 

And until you stop looking for it

outside of you, your search 

will be in vain.

 

It is a matter of you opening 

your own heart and seeing

that you are already it

and always have been

that stands as an obstacle

in your path of receiving.

that I have had in this life

is that truth is true and it has always

nor could it ever.

 

Groking this, really getting it, feeling

it in the mitochondria of every cell

made me see, sense, feel and experience

that I have always been free.

while I searched for it

and yearned for it, I was

already free.

 

How do you search for something

which has never left you?

 

Freedom is not dependent on anything.

 

My thoughts don't need to change....

My feelings don't need to change....

My body does not need to change....

My ego/identity does not need to change....

My relationships don't need to change....

My life experience does not need to change...

 

...in order for the truth to be true.

 

And you don't need some

paradigm shattering event

to happen which

tilts the earth on it axis

for this to be your truth

and for you to get it.

 

You just have to accept

that truth is true and only truth

is true, it always has been

and it always will be.

 

That nothing has to be hard

unless you want to make it hard.

 

But that's not on God

if it is hard for you.

 

That one is on you, my dear.

 

100% your choice

through and through.

to place your human experience

some sage advice

or other cleverly chosen words,

hit your pause button.

 

Take a step back and ask yourself

honestly, "How important is this

really in the Infinite context of

Who I am?"

 

"In light of the eternal, what

does this really matter, or does

it even matter?"

 

Remember, it is not about trying

to bring the experience of your Divinity

to your humanity, it is about bringing

the human experience to the Divine.

 

One fits rather nicely and peacefully.

 

The other never will.

You are not here to somehow become

There is no part of you that is

closer to God than any other part.

 

Even the ego and the spiritual ego

The reason why you have

a limited relationship with love,

and by this I mean sometimes you

feel more love than at other times

and sometimes love seems

as though it is entirely absent,

is because there are still parts of you

which you do not like, which you

do not approve of and avoid

and so you deny these parts

your love and light.

 

In other words, you have

a conditional relationship

with love.

 

But here's the deal...

 

You consciously become

the living presence of love

(because you have never not been love)

when you bring love consciously

to all of you, especially the parts

you do not like. and wish

you did not have.

 

And when there is no part of you

which has not received the totality

of your loving embrace

and been invited back home

into your heart of hearts,

you will have remembered

everything and by thus

​embody God.

Why do you think that

I have placed so much emphasis

and "commitment, consistency

It is because our awareness

responds to that which

we have given

consistent emphasis to,

into our cellular memory.

 

It is all about what

we are feeding the subconscious with,

for everything we think, feel, say

or do is recorded there.

 

The subconscious never sleeps,

like tiny 1's and 0's, it is constantly

and consistently recording

every input and storing them there

in seed form.

 

But consciously choosing

to feed and nourish ourselves

with the frequency of love

is how we consciously live

as the light of the world.

 

Our light expands through

our commitment to genuinely

love all of ourselves

exactly as we are,

until our love is so big that

it envelops our world.

Is it really worth the price

which is exacted upon you

when you embrace

the distorted machinations

of incomplete human beings?

 

Or would you rather listen

to the gentle stirrings of the soul,

whose whispers are magnetic

yet tender, ever calling to you

"Return...Return to LOVE,

my dear, where you rest

in peace, sublimely at home

where change is impossible

and fear does not exist."

 

It really is up to you.

the validity of these four ideas

that we comprehend

that to give our power

away so readily is not only

the apex of insanity, it is

the very essence of

what it means to be a victim.

and no one nor thing

can alter my inner state

of being unless I give them

my permission to do so.

 

What else could be called

authentic power?

The interesting thing about fear

is that the day you stop needing it,

like an junkie who needs

his next fix, is the day in which

you no longer need

a new narrative, a new storyline,

that will reproduce

the same old familiar fear

to which you have become

addicted.

 

Forms may differ widely,

but do not get so lost in

details and context

that you fail to see

the same familiar content

in all of your upsets.

 

It is the experience of fear

which you wish to replicate,

regardless which chess pieces

you move or to which square

you move them

on the game board

of your life.

 

Conflict cannot be normalized

regardless how familiar

or comfortable

you have become

with it.

 

Because when you stop

being afraid, you become

a benevolent force for good

in this world; the living presence

of peace and possibility within

the collective consciousness.

 

And that, dear one,

is why you incarnated

in the first place.
