that's their deal.

 

Don't feel guilty for

their issues.

 

It doesn't make you

spiritually deficient.

 

Your life is supposed to have

the impact on you

that it is having on you.

 

You came here to have

a human experience

so have it.

 

And love the you that

is experiencing it!

 

Believe it or not,

they are part of

why you are here.

 

To experience what it feels

like to be them!

 

You will leave your woes

where it belong (in the past),

when you are ready

to do so and not a moment

sooner.

 

You came here to experience

being human uniquely

and condemning yourself

for anything does not support

you in understanding

through direct experience

the meaning of unconditional

love or acceptance.

 

You get there by being

inclusive, my darling,

not through self-condemnation

actually propelled

your evolution and expansion

The overwhelming evidence

suggests that there is

Is it not all thus a part

of the perfection of

the soul's journey

to actually try to save them

from themselves

and their situation,

or you can live your life

like a lighthouse.

 

A lighthouse regally abides

in the midst of everything,

exuding the light of

the Beloved, offering refuge

to all who yearn for it.

 

You are not helping people

escape from their humanity

or their human experience.

 

You are exuding the frequency

that shows one how to be

in this world but not of it.

 

You do not get caught up

in human affairs, being forever

anchored in the truth which

never changes.

 

You have become

the proverbial candle

which does not flicker

in the wind.

 

You are not here to fix

or change anything

for anyone, including

yourself,

 

But you offer sanctuary

to all hearts which seek it---

hearts which recognize

that peace does not come

from this world, but from

being inseparably tethered

to True North, the sacred

sanctity of being itself.

experience, but how you choose

to receive the experience

in your innermost being

wanting to have a happy dream,

Many people believe that

they are, and that if you can

your life and the people in it,

such that life unfolds in the way

that you want it to, then

this is proof of freedom,

it is proof of power,

iit is proof of one who is 

unquestionably the master 

of their own destiny.

 

But is it? Really?

 

Or are you really playing

victim by living your life

from the outside in?

 

So many balls in the air

all the time and so much

juggling.....with no time

to pause. No time to stop

and smell the roses.

 

And then there are others who

pray, meditate, chant, etc., year

after year--- in hopes of finding

freedom from the dream.

 

Being human is just too hard

and they have realized that

a human life is not their

cup of tea.

 

It's as though the less human

you are, the more Divine you are,

believing that one's humanity

and their Divinity share

an inverse relationship with

one another.

 

But what of FREEDOM in

the dream?

 

This is life lived from

the inside out.

 

Here you broadcast

the frequency of PEACE

in every step you take.

 

Here, you are in the world

for as long as the body lasts,

as long as the soul wants you

here, but you most certainly

are not of it, for you have

become the very light

of the world.

 

This is FREEDOM.

 

This is TRUE POWER.

 

This is to have become

the authentic master of

who you have sadly believed

that you are, an ideation

made entirely by others,

how they have judged

and defined you,

how they have imposed

their limitations upon you,

which you then took on

and believed

were your own?

 

This is the birthplace
of feeling not good enough
and all efforts to try
to fix or change yourself.
 

I ask you because

this is the threshold

upon which you

now stand.

 

What will you do?

 

What-will-you-do?

 

Aren't you sick and tired

of others projecting

how small they feel onto you

and you believing what

they have spoken over you,

which is nothing more than

you buying into

their personal narrative

hook, line, and sinker?

 

Let them flounder

in their own fetid pool

you were not born

I just want to ask you a few

questions based upon some

observations.

 

As I have examined the world's

model for nothing short of

everything----and this can be about

anything---spirituality---

the road to success---etc.,etc.,

what I have observed is that

every path leads somewhere.

 

But what path leads to here?

 

Are you not always here?

 

How can you ever be separated

from yourself?

 

How can you ever be separated

from the Divine?

 

How can you ever be separated

from God?

 

Is not all doing, are not all paths,

based on the belief that you

are somehow not enough

exactly as you are?

 

Look long and lovingly

at your life today.

 

Name me one thing that you

are doing that is not based

on the belief that you,

as you are, are not enough.

 

What would you do, what

would you still engage in

if you believed you are enough

exactly as you are right now,

beloved?

 

And here's a better one...

 

What would happen today

if you did absolutely everything

as if you were already enough

right now?

to accept every single thing

that passes through

my awareness today.

 

Please bless my practice,

which is born of

a heartfelt desire

to begin to truly love

all of myself as I am.

There is only one reason

why you will not accept

the fact that you are always

on your soul's journey,

that you cannot mess it up

and you are perfectly being

exactly as God created you

to be, and that is because

if you were to accept it,

really and truly accept it, it

would mean that you would

have to drop your story

and quit beating on that drum

of the past which you blame for

your self-pity & anger.

 

You know what I am talking about,

you have been banging on it

for how many years now?

 

I mean jeez louise...

 

It would mean the end

of drama, the end if victim

consciousness, the end of

judgment, the end of addiction

and co-dependency, the end

of the belief that you

are somehow wrong

and need fixing.

 

You are not broken, beloved.

 

You have not done it wrong.

 

Nor has anyone else

for that matter.

 

What do you think would happen

in this world if for just one day

we all believed and practiced

this with ourselves and each other?

 

This is how you will survive

the holdays with family...

 

Remember to breathe and be

with your experience, always

remembering that it is never

ever about what is happening

outside of you, but what those

experiences are bringing up

for you to look at, accept

and embrace.

 

What is coming up is coming up

to leave...let it.

 

The challenge is to not react

but receive with gentleness

and kindly regard.

 

Loving & supporting yourself

ever more, never less, 

is always the way.

I bow before the perfection

of what has been, what is,

and what is yet to be,

and choose a new beginning

Plain and simple, it is that

you do not believe

God exists and has chosen

to make ​Itself manifest

you are absolutely

positively enough.

 

You are not broken, 

you do not need fixing,

and there is absolutely nothing

wrong with you.

 

You, precisely as you are,

are the HOME in which

LOVE peacefully resides

and abides.

I have spent an entire lifetime

feeling and believing that

I was not good enough.

 

Thank you for choosing

to be me in this life.

 

Thank you for loving me

and reminding me that

if if I am good enough

for you,then I am good

To judge or deny any part

of your humanity, or to avoid,

the version of you that you are

is for you to actively deny

the living presence of God

within you.

line of thinking, or behave

deem unacceptable, when you

finally allow yourself to be

you inevitably find yourself

receiving what has always been

flowing through you all along.

 

No one can set you free but you.

You have spent an entire lifetime

running away from yourself.

 

How about turning around

and running toward

the most treasured one

whom you have been avoiding,

giving them the love and care

for which your heart

has always yearned?

 

You are the missing piece

of the puzzle, beloved,

there is no other.

I am happy and I have

complete peace

with however this particular

spark of humanity

happens to show up

in any given moment

because I know there is

a very good reason why

God chose to incarnate

into this life as me.

 

To have the thoughts which

I think, the feelings that I feel,

the body in which I live

and move and experience

my being.

 

Both time and age

have given me the wisdom

to love and accept all of me

exactly as I am.

 

So I am proud to be me

but I do not have the expectation

that others will like or approve

of the me that I am.

 

So what?

 

God knows that all of me

is beautiful and worthy,

and so do I.

 

And when others judge

or disapprove of me, I feel

such sadness.

 

And why is this?

 

Is it because they hurt

my feelings?

 

Heaven's no!!!

 

I real eyes that they are

really telling me

how much they do not

love themselves.

 

They are showing me

what they have been

running from

all of their lives.

 

Avoidance and self-abnegation

are painful things

to act out and then project

onto the world

around you.

 

They are revealing what

they have not learned

to accept and embrace

about themselves,

lock, stock and barrel.

 

What they have not given

the seal of their approval.

 

So deeply sad....to observe

as it plays out on the stage

of life.

 

Am I desribing you,

dear friend?

 

Can you say the same

about how you live...

that you abide contentedly

in this world?

Steadfast, calm

and undisturbed, what else

could freedom be?

 

May I live my life

that free, able to fully embace

and love all of me.

 

For what could enable me

to love and accept all the world

that much?

It will take the degree

of adversity necessary

for me to finally be willing

to make a 100 degree turn

inward toward my own

beating heart.

 

And once fully and completely

here, to lovingly and unabashedly

be the being for myself that I am

so very willing to be for others,

but have formerly left myself

out of the loop of my care

entirely.

 

Are you now beginning to

comprehend that until you have

learned to be there in this

capacity for yourself,

you cannot really claim

to have ever been there for anyone

on this planet ever; not a spouse,

a partner, a child, a parent,

a friend a neighbor or anyone

else for that matter?

May the following questions

walk in the space before me today:

 

Can I love myself

and support myself

when I am like this?

 

When I think thoughts

like this?

 

When I feel feelings

like this?

 

When I behave like this?

 

Can I love and support myself

in every way I am today?

 

Dear Universe, hear

my most fervent prayer:

 

Please support every effort

I make today to see

with loving eyes.

with the following:

 

And it will take what it takes

to happen in our lives,

in the lives of those we love

and care for, and it will take

whatever needs to happen

in this world in order to

get us all there.

 

My question is, what

will it take for you?

 

The answer to this question

is the same for all of us.

 

It will take the degree

of adversity necessary

for me to finally be willing

series of questions:

 

How willing are you to allow

yourself to suffer, to watch those

for whom you care to suffer,

to watch this world suffer,

knowing that what is happening

is leading us all to the final frontier

within our own beating hearts?

 

Would you be willing to watch

it all burn to the ground

if it meant we would all be free

and the world would rest

in everlasting peace?

 

Would you be willing

to surrender entirely

to that path, knowing that

this is what is now

being asked of all of us?
